Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Piccola! We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy for eligible items.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition.
  • The product has not been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • All original price tags and other tags are attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mypiccola.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and notify you whether your return is approved or declined. Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved.

  3. Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Return Address: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address:

Important Note: Items sent back to us without first receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Option:

If your return is approved, you may opt for an exchange by purchasing other products from our store. The final order amount will be reduced by the value of the returned item. Please note that any price differences will be reflected in the total price of the new items you purchase.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
