  • We do not ship to Indian buyers or countries where spending patterns do not align with markets like the United States.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are shipped from our store in India within 5-6 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • During peak seasons, processing times may extend to 7-8 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination:
    • International: Delivery typically takes 5-6 business days based on the destination country.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted destinations.

  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Package: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you.
  • Lost Package: If your package is lost, reach out to us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Changes to Shipping Details

  • If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
